Through yoga, Ayurveda, mindful movement, and intentional daily practices, I help people reconnect with themselves in ways that feel grounding, sustainable, and deeply human.
My work is rooted in the belief that wellness doesn’t need to be perfect, intimidating, or overly complicated to be meaningful. Sometimes healing begins simply by slowing down, listening inward, and learning to care for ourselves with a little more presence and compassion.

Meet Amber
My journey into yoga and Ayurveda began long before I ever imagined teaching.
What started as a nervous first yoga class as a teenager eventually became a lifelong practice — one that carried me through anxiety, burnout, motherhood, major life transitions, and ultimately back to myself.
Today, I’m honored to share these practices with others through community-centered teaching rooted in compassion, accessibility, and authenticity.
